Le projet européen Men Speak Out a été mené en 2015 et 2016 dans trois pays, le Belgique, les Pays-Bas et la Grande Bretagne, et coordonné par le GAMS Belgique. Il visait à intégrer les hommes issus des diasporas et vivant en Europe dans la lutte contre les mutilations génitales féminines.
